Response to Blogs

I never imagined that I would ever start a blog. I thought that blogs were for stay at home moms that wore the "blogger mom" title with pride. They enjoy sitting on the computer for hours scrolling through Pinterest, Facebook, and blog every detail about themselves and their children. From sharing their five tips of losing that baby weight or telling telling them about the "terrible two's" that she is facing and how miserable it is making her. At times it can be too much information.  These moms are blogging so much that they do it to avoid having to parent and the other responsibilities of being an adult. To me I feel like it blogging is for complaining moms that are ruining their children with expectations that they have read on the internet. I was very hesitant to start a blog because I didn't want to be sucked into blogging clique. After I had reading "No One Cares What You Had For Lunch:100 Ideas for Your Blog was less hesitant to starting my own blog. In a way I think it will be helpful for me to start my own blog to get my artwork out on the internet. It can also be a great way to show my growth as an art student, college student, and as a person. Maybe blogging isn't so bad after all.
